Awkward is an MTV comedy drama that started airing on 19 July 2011. It centers on Jenna Hamilton, a 15-year-old whose ordinary school life shifts after a small accident gets twisted into something much bigger than it ever was. Her blog posts supply the voice-over, so the show plays out in her own words, awkward moments included.
