Saving Mr. Banks came out in December 2013 from Disney, and it sits somewhere between a biography and a drama. P.L. Travers, the writer behind the Mary Poppins stories, is hesitant about handing her creation to Walt Disney for a movie. As she sits through his pitch, memories of her early years keep pulling at her.
