Pete's Dragon came out in August 2016 from Disney, and it's a family fantasy set in the forests of the Pacific Northwest. A forest ranger named Grace meets a boy of about ten who has no home and says his best friend is a huge green dragon called Elliott. Her father has told dragon stories for years, so the boy's description sounds oddly familiar.
